The Dock Worx SRO Services program streamlines your entire receiving, cross docking and floor loaded container unloading processes. We take complete responsibility for unloading, sorting, segregating, palletizing (correct TI & HI) or maximum height and stretch wrapping of your load. We provide all of the management and employees to perform all of the duties required on your dock.

Pricing is determined on a “per container” charge. With guaranteed container pricing, your cost per container is constant versus a production cost that fluctuates with your daily inefficiencies.

The Dock Worx SRO team takes complete responsibility (including staffing levels and direct supervision) for your unloading process.

Our team members will unload, sort and segregate all product per your requirements (PO number, SKU number, etc) as a part of the receiving/unloading process.

All unloaded and sorted product will be placed on a pallet at a Ti & Hi (or maximum height) to be provided by your receiving clerk.

All loads will be stretch wrapped unless specific instruction requesting otherwise.

Completed pallets will be moved to the dock space outside of each container using a manual hand jack. (Our staff will not operate any automated/mechanized equipment).

Once the entire load is moved to the dock, your receiving clerks will have final sign off responsibility for ensuring that the load meets all requirements for sortation, Ti & Hi configuration and stretch wrap/load integrity.

At the end of each shift, our SRO team will clear the dock of any leftover pallets, stretch wrap, pieces of wood and will sweep the work area. We believe a clean work environment promotes safety and enhances the overall attitude of the workforce.

We also perform floor loading services. Once product is picked, staged at the dock doors and verified, we takeover and perform the loading process.

As with the unloading process, our floor loading process enables you to retain complete control over verification, quality control and absolute accountability with your customer.
