Ghemma Tanoue brings 14 plus years of Customer Service, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Quality Control and Financial Reporting experience to Dock Worx. Prior to joining Dock Worx, Ghemma was the Operations Manager for the F & S Distributing facility (a California Cartage Company) located in Fontana, CA. This facility was a Regional Inventory Center used for forward deployment of inventory for a nationwide wine and spirits customer and was a proof of concept facility developed over a 3 year period. 

Ghemma was the Customer Service Manager at Taylored Services, a nationwide 3PL where she was responsible for all CSR activity, Inventory Control and all customer orders encompassing 20+ accounts. Previous to Taylored Services, she was the Quality Control Manager at Case Stack Inc., a nationwide 3PL where she was responsible for Quality Control, Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Purchasing and Safety departments.

Ghemma was the ISO / Quality Manager at NYK Logistics in Long Beach, CA where she managed a team of a 20 Internal Auditors for multiple facilities nationwide. She also spearheaded continuous improvement projects for multiple facilities measuring and documenting the associated dollar savings for the company. She is well versed in Warehouse Management Systems, Order Entry Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.
